In 1983 a book was published with Fred and Frank cartoons from that contained a collection of cartoons published from 1979- early 1983. The book was 100 pages long. Even though I continued to draw the cartoons until 1992, no further collection of Fred and Frank cartoons book has been published. |

I still get a lot of requests to buy this book; however, when it came out it sold out quickly. I never got around to reprinting this book or bringing out a collection of all the cartoons from late 1983 until the final cartoon in 1992. |

| The comics were about the off-duty experiences of two U.S. G.I.s stationed in Germany and experiencing life in Europe. ![]() Read each month by close to a million. At it's height in circulation nearly a million U.S. Army, Air Force and Navy plus civilian personnel and their families stationed all over Europe read "Stationed in Germany with Fred and Frank". The cartoon was one of the longest - if not the longest- running military-related cartoons ever published. |
